Governing Law:
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable United States federal law.

1. Contract Formation

A binding sales contract is formed when Centuriun Logistic issues a Written Order Acknowledgment confirming the customer’s order.

Orders involving freight booking, fabrication, customization, or third-party carrier scheduling may immediately incur non-recoverable operational costs.

2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may cancel an order only before dispatch.

However:

  • If freight has been scheduled
  • If fabrication or customization has begun
  • If supplier processing fees have been incurred

Centuriun Logistic reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative and operational costs from any refund.

Custom-built, modified, fabricated, or specially sourced goods cannot be cancelled once production begins.

3. No Cancellation Once Shipped

Once a product has:

  • Been dispatched,
  • Released to a freight carrier,
  • Loaded for transport,

The order cannot be cancelled in transit.

If a customer no longer wants the item, they must:

  1. Accept delivery,
  2. Inspect the goods,
  3. Initiate a return within the 14-day return window described below.

Refusal of delivery does not constitute a valid cancellation and may result in return freight and handling charges being deducted from any refund.

4. 14-Day Return Window

Centuriun Logistic offers a 14 calendar day return window from the date of delivery for non-custom goods.

This is a voluntary commercial policy and not a federally mandated cooling-off right (except in limited FTC in-home sale situations).

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must remain in original condition.
  • No structural modifications, repainting, or alterations must have occurred.
  • Original documentation must be provided.

The return request must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

5. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Custom-fabricated containers
  • Modified units
  • Special-order equipment
  • Built-to-specification products
  • Items altered after delivery
  • Clearance or final-sale inventory

Deposits for custom goods are non-refundable once fabrication begins.

6. Freight & Return Transportation Responsibility

Because our products involve heavy freight and logistics handling:

  • Customers are responsible for return freight costs unless the item is defective.
  • Return shipping must be arranged through an approved freight provider.
  • Any collection service arranged by Centuriun Logistic will incur standard collection charges.
  • Original outbound freight charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

Freight, handling, storage, and re-routing charges may be deducted from refunds.

7. Inspection & Damage Claims

All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon receipt.

If goods are:

  • Damaged in transit,
  • Structurally compromised,
  • Not as described,

The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic documentation.

Failure to report freight damage within 48 hours may void damage claims against carriers.

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods (U.S. Legal Rights)

Under U.S. contract and implied merchantability principles:

If a product is materially defective or not as described:

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item.
  • Reasonable return freight costs will be reimbursed.
  • Delivery charges may be refunded where legally required.

The remedy provided will be commercially reasonable and compliant with New York Uniform Commercial Code standards.

9. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a return is approved:

  • Returned goods must be received and inspected.
  • Refund processing will begin within 2 business days of inspection approval.
  • Refunds will be completed within 7–14 business days, depending on banking institutions.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

If payment was made by bank transfer, funds will be returned to the originating account.

10. Condition of Returned Goods

Customers have a duty of reasonable care over goods while in possession.

If returned items show:

  • Structural damage,
  • Excessive wear,
  • Unauthorized modification,
  • Missing components,

Centuriun Logistic reserves the right to:

  • Deny the return,
  • Apply restocking fees,
  • Deduct refurbishment costs from the refund.

11. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery without valid defect justification:

  • All round-trip freight,
  • Handling,
  • Storage,
  • Administrative costs

Will be deducted from any eligible refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

Centuriun Logistic shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by freight carriers,
  • Customs or port delays,
  • Acts of God,
  • Third-party transportation failures.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Venue for disputes shall be within the State of New York.
